C2 (Power) @ Corepower Yoga
Get ready to sweat with this energetic power vinyasa class. C2 classes offer a fun, challenging flow with added heat and humidity.
Hot Power Fusion @ CorePower Yoga
This class combines elements of traditional hot yoga with power yoga for a mindful, moving meditation. Come prepared to build strength and stability, and sweat it out on your mat.
Buddha Belly Be Strong @ Spirit of Yoga
Enjoy a healthy mind in a fit body! Using hatha postures and body weight training principles, this hybrid class will get your heart rate up, your bodyweight down, and your tummy firmed up! Students of all fitness levels will benefit from this body/mind workIN. Come prepared with a towel and some water.
Yin/Yang Flow @ Spirit of Yoga
Flow through a moving meditation and pause for moments of stillness, for balanced and integrated practice that invites you to become more comfortable in your own body. Suitable for all levels, this class targets the spine, hips and shoulders with a combination of dynamic movement (yang) and deep stretch (yin) to build strength, improve mobility, and promote joint health.
Yin @ Twisted Yoga
Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. A perfect complement to more yang styles of exercise (such as flow yoga, running, skiing or biking), Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm.
